In a video of proceedings, Jaguar, who spoke mostly in Swahili, said some of the demands Iyanya made in order for him to feature in the video include that: ‘The video shoot had to happen eitherin England or Nigeria and the video had to be shot either byClarence PetersorMoe Musa.‘He went on to add: ‘Iyanya refused to help market the song in Nigeria, saying Nigerian TV stations would neverplay a Kenyan song.’Jaguar expressed fear and displeasure that Nigerian music acts are taking over the African music scene and he urged Kenyans to support music from Kenya in other to ward off the invasion of Nigerian artistes. The video for the song was eventually shot by Jaguar’s Kenyan production team,Main Switch.
